To our valued patients,
On behalf of the entire MTD staff, I would like reassure our patients MTD continues to have the ADA-recommended safety measures in place. MTD will remain open for dental emergencies only, as per the latest ADA update. The safety of our patients and our staff is top priority in these challenging times.
Upon arrival of MTD you will be asked to wash your hands and wear a mask and gloves provided by our office while you wait for your appointment. You will be asked to leave if you present to MTD with possible COVID-19 symptoms. The ADA is currently making arrangements for a facility which will treat COVID-19 symptomatic dental emergency patients.
Prior to arriving, we kindly ask that you complete the ADA’s patient consent form, also located on our website under ‘for patients’, agreeing to our specific policies during this time. If you have any further questions or concerns, please call our office prior to your appointment.
